Ordering & Payment
NYRS products are manufactured in batches rather than stocked in large quantities. For that reason, orders are handled directly rather than through an online shopping cart. We do not ask for payment until your order is ready to ship.
How to Order
To place an order, just scroll down on this page and tell us which product(s) you would like to purchase. For international orders, please also include your country so we can calculate shipping.
We will reply by email with pricing and shipping information.
If you would like to proceed, we will ask for your shipping information and enter your order into our production schedule. Your order will then be reserved for you in an upcoming production batch but usually we have a few in stock.
There is no obligation to purchase at this point and no payment is required.
Production Time
Because NYRS products are manufactured in batches, lead times can vary depending on the product and where we are in the current production cycle, although we usually have several PTC units in stock.
We will provide the best available estimate when your order is placed and will let you know if that estimate changes.
Payment
When your order is complete and ready to ship, we will send you a PayPal invoice.
You do not need a PayPal account. PayPal invoices can also be paid securely using most major credit or debit cards. Payment information is processed by PayPal and is not handled or stored by NYRS.
If your plans have changed by the time your order is ready, simply let us know. There is no penalty for cancelling an unpaid order.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped promptly after payment is received. Tracking information will be provided when available.
For international orders, NYRS charges only for the product and shipping. NYRS does not collect customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive your order and decide that it is not suitable, please contact us before returning it.
Unused products returned in their original condition may be returned for a refund. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return.
If an order is lost in transit or fails to arrive, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the problem.
If there is a problem with an NYRS product, please contact us directly. We design, manufacture, and support the products we sell, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
